ACTIVE VIBRATION ISOLATION

Compact and elegant isolation solution for accurate results

Optimal vibration isolation is essential for analyzing surface features down to the nanometer level and for characterizing surface roughness and coating thickness in medical devices. AVIT5, equipped with active vibration isolation technology, is the most effective solution for achieving this level of accuracy during the characterization of medical devices surfaces.

SMALL FOOTPRINT

Fitting on any inspection environment

AVIT5 has been designed to keep a low footprint while featuring straightforward handling for an easy operation. The vibration isolation table can be placed on top of any table and no compressed air supply is needed; making it both the perfect fit for laboratory and production floors and the best fit for its use with high-resolution measurement platforms such as Q six and Q vix.

STATE-OF-THE-ART TECHNOLOGY

Great technology for an ultimate performance

The biggest problem when using passive vibration isolation systems is that frequencies ranging from 1 to 8Hz are amplified because of resonance. The active vibration control present in AVIT5 uses very sensitive sensors to measure vibration signals that are analyzed and instantaneously compensated by electro-dynamic actuators in a closed loop. This technology is able to damp out vibration starting from 0.6Hz and avoiding resonance and amplification at all frequencies.
