Since its launch in 2023, MySensofar has become your personalized space for accessing product documentation, tracking your registered systems, and diving into technical content through sections like Library, MyProducts, and the Knowledge Base.

Now, we’re excited to announce the release of a brand-new section: the Help Center; a unified, intuitive hub designed to enhance your support experience.

While the Knowledge Base has been available since early 2024, it now finds its home inside the Help Center, along with new functionalities to streamline how you interact with our Support Team and technical content.

This launch is part of our ongoing mission to evolve MySensofar into a truly dynamic and customer-centric space. We’re continuously developing new features to better match your expectations and make your experience with Sensofar even more valuable.

In the new Help Center, you can now:

   Search for articles – Find fast answers through the Knowledge Base.

  Send support requests – Contact our Support Team directly from the platform.

  Track your request activity – Keep an eye on your open tickets and their status.

  Access other support tools – Quick links to training videos, guides, and more.
