Measuring vibrations in interferometric optical profilometry through imaging fringes at 1kHz.

Optical profilometers employing high magnification microscope objectives may be severely affected by vibration, which introduces jitter or blur in the acquired sequence of input images, depending on the frequency of the vibration. The poster we’ll present develops an effective method to monitor the vibration in situ to check if the optical profilometer is under appropriate conditions.
